I received an M.Ed. (Master of Education) in 1992 from the University of North Texas specializing in Child, Marriage, and Family Counseling. I received a degree in Nursing in 1982 from San Diego City College. My BA in Journalism is from New York University in 1975.

Fees

Intake sessions are $140. Fees for subsequent sessions are either $100 for 45 minutes; $120 for 60 minutes; or $180 for 90 minutes. Payments may be made by cash, check, Zelle, or credit card (VISA, MC, AMEX) at the time of the session.

Most office, phone or video sessions* are held on a weekly or every other week basis to start, depending on the level of support you are seeking. When you are ready, sessions can be changed to a monthly or as-needed basis.

Parents who are bringing children for Play Therapy sessions are encouraged to check in with me routinely regarding current issues and progress, and to meet with me separately or join sessions with your child and me as helpful.
